Privacy policy
The short version
You give me your name, email, and a note so I can meet with you. I use that to set up the meeting and stay in touch about my services. I never sell your information and I never hand it to anyone outside the tools that run my business. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
What you give me when you book
- Your name and email address.
- Anything you type into the note field.
- The meeting type and time you pick.
I use this to create the calendar event, send your confirmation and any changes, and prepare for our conversation.
Marketing and follow-up
I run Ops That Work on HubSpot, so your name and email may be added to my HubSpot contacts and I may email you about my services, availability, or occasional updates. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and opting out does not affect any meeting you have booked. HubSpot processes this data on my behalf and under its own security and privacy commitments; it is not sold or shared beyond that.
Your calendar and this page
This page shows open times by checking free/busy on my own two Google calendars. It does not read your calendar, and it does not read the titles, guests, or details of any event on mine, only whether a slot is free.
Where your booking goes
- Into this application's database, on a private server I control.
- To Google Calendar, to create the meeting on my calendar.
- Into an email to you (and a copy to me) sent through Gmail.
- Into HubSpot, as described above.
That is the full list. Your information is not sold, rented, traded, or given to advertisers or data brokers.
Google API data
When I connect my Google calendars, this tool stores a token that lets it read free/busy times and create, update, and delete events on my own calendars. Its use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. That data is used only to run the scheduling page, is never sold, and is never used for advertising.
Keeping and deleting your information
I keep booking records so I have a history of past meetings, and contact details stay in HubSpot until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove them. To see what I hold or to have it deleted, email [email protected] and I will take care of it within 30 days, unless a record has to be kept to meet a legal obligation.
